Through not only through accepting where I was at, but also to dig deep into myself to see what I actually wanted to do moving forward. Actually writing out, creating short term activities, action points, and thinking long and hard about what I’d been helping others to do for a long time.
I needed to eliminate some things that weren’t serving me anymore, and ask myself if what I was doing was making me HAPPY.
Through doing the work, I became more aware of what I wanted to see in my life. And committing to my values and priorities in the process, and what those really meant for me.
